I was very disappointed with my experience. After bringing my vehicle in for diagnosis, I was given repair recommendations and pricing that ultimately did not align with the actual issue. Wanting a second opinion, I took the vehicle to the dealership, where they correctly diagnosed and resolved the problem without the extensive repairs I had been quoted. Communication throughout the process was also frustrating. The information I received from the front desk was inconsistent, and the quoted pricing changed in ways that weren’t clearly explained. As a customer, I expect accurate information, transparency, and confidence that the diagnosis is based on the actual problem—not unnecessary or incorrect repairs. I would strongly recommend improving communication with customers and ensuring staff are properly informed before discussing diagnoses or pricing. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to seek a second opinion before approving major repairs here.

I brought my European vehicle in for what was supposed to be a straightforward repair. The shop had poor communication, missed promised deadlines, and the final bill was much higher than the estimate. After picking up the car, the original problem was still present and additional issues appeared shortly afterward. I expected professional service and expertise with European vehicles, but my experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this shop and will be taking my car elsewhere in the future.

If you want to get ripped off this is ur shop European Performance. My husband took the BMW for a def system cleaning after calling n calling the shop w no answer finally 3 days after they called to give other diagnose and couldn’t work on vehicle. Supp they drove vehicle all the way to sunland crazy I picked up w same diesel amount as I left it 🤔 super bad customer service not recommended will never deal w again will not send my customers or people I know. They just took my money… 😡

I had a terrible experience with a shop located at 13755 Bachimba Dr in El Paso. What I was told would be “new” parts turned out to be clearly used once I actually saw them—worn, dirty, and nowhere near the condition you’d expect for something you’re paying full price for. On top of that, there was zero transparency. No explanation, no honesty—just a bill that didn’t match the quality of the work or the parts installed. It feels completely misleading, and honestly, unethical to pass off used components as new. If you care about your vehicle or your money, avoid this place. There are plenty of honest shops out there—this is not one of them.

If you don’t have another car to move around just don’t bring it. Took my car on a Thursday for a diagnostic (it was in the afternoon) understood they wouldn’t be able to make a diagnostic that day. Called Friday around 2:30 ish pm to see if the diagnostic had been made & go for it later in the day, they told me they received several cars that day & wouldn’t be able to make the diagnostic, if I wanted I could go pick it up to use it on the weekend and take it back Monday I left it there thinking they could just take care of it on Monday, heard nothing back on Monday, called in the afternoon, they said they would call me back in a bit cause they were having lunch. They never called back, had to go to the shop & check, the car was parked outside, they never really even did anything to it & just justified about them having to much work. TAKE IN MIND IT WAS ONLY A DIAGNOSTIC Honesty would’ve came a long way & since the beginning tell clients a real time frame, arrange an appointment or have the decency to call & give a head up. I came to see my car parked with a red bull can I didn’t drink & grease spots on the door handles
